Of all the topics I talk about on my blog, this one is probably the most powerful regarding how to get rid of eczema: diet.
Diet is a controversial topic within eczema. I’ve had some doctors tell me that dietary changes can improve the symptoms of my eczema, and I’ve had others tell me not to expect much improvement. The truth of the matter is: changing your diet can absolutely impact your eczema (for better or for worse). Diet is an especially appealing treatment for eczema because it works naturally — without having to use any prescription medicines that can have dangerous side effects.
I read through an article about this recently, and it really got me thinking about dietary principles for atopic dermatitis. That’s all I had to say on this for now — I just wanted to share that thought. This is something that I think I’m going to want to explore more in the future, and will definitely be working on an article about this.
